Your roof price will depend on a variety of factors. How many layers does your current roof have? What is the square footage? Pitch of your roof? Access for a trailer or dumptruck? How many sheets of rotten plywood/OSB? Etc.

That’s why we recommend getting a free estimate so we can accurately quote you.

After receiving a signed bid, we will put you on our schedule, which is a first come first serve basis. Depending on the time of year, we may take 1 week to get started or up to 4 weeks. One caveat is metal roofing, that requires a lead time of a few weeks on metal panels.

On smaller roofs we can occasionally tear off and install in a single day. For most residential homes we’d anticipate 2-3 days from start to finish with larger roofs taking slightly longer.

Also note that weather is a key factor of when we can work too!

4. Initial billing for materials and labor

5. Roof tear off and disposal

6. Dry In

7. Have your roof material loaded by vendor

8. Have roofing system installed

9. Final clean up
